These terms apply when you play Sletter.io. By playing the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

What Sletter.io is

Sletter.io is a free browser-based word-snake game. You can play solo or with other people in real time. There are no accounts, no purchases, and no ads on sletter.io itself. When the game is hosted on a third-party portal (such as CrazyGames or itch.io), that portal's terms also apply to your use of the embedded game.

How you may use the game

• Play normally and have fun.
• Pick a display name that isn't offensive, deceptive, or designed to impersonate someone.
• Don't harass, threaten, or insult other players.
• Don't try to cheat — modifying the client, automating play, exploiting bugs to harm other players, or sending malformed data to crash the server.
• Don't reverse-engineer the game with the goal of attacking the service or other players.

We may disconnect or temporarily block players who break these rules.

User-generated content

The only content you create in the game is your display name. You're responsible for the name you choose. We may filter or replace names that we judge to be offensive.

Intellectual property

The Sletter.io code, art, sounds, and design are owned by the developers. You may play the game; you may not redistribute, re-host, or sell the game or its assets without permission.

No warranty

Sletter.io is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The game may go offline for maintenance, contain bugs, or stop being available at any time. We do our best to keep it running, but we make no guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
